Ka Eliong Foundation, Inc.
Ka Eliong Foundation Incorporated, is a “non-stock, non-profit organization” which was incorporated on November 03, 2005. It’s primary purpose is promote an integrated three-fold basic program of education, livelihood and medical and health care, emphasizing on the rural people since they constitute eighty (80) percent of the population of the Philippines.
Funds were raised through staging of the Ka Eliong’s Memorial and Philippine Inter-town Golf Tournament at Royal Northwoods Golf Club held every two (2) years. This event is also held to commemorate the prime founder of RNGCI, Engr. Cornelio M. Pancho.
The Ka Eliong Foundation was established by Mr. Antonio V. Pancho. (General Manager of RNGCI) for the memories of Engr. Cornelio Pancho founder of Royal Northwoods Golf Club Inc. (RNGCI). Ka Eliong originated from the name of Engr. Cornelio Pancho, Ka Eliong was derived from the last 4 letters of Engr, Cornelio Pancho.
The Organization was incorporated on November 03, 2005 with business address at NO. 341 P. Angeles st. Baliuag, Bulacan with the SEC registration number of CN200518462. The primary purpose of this Foundation is to promote basic program of education, livelihood and medical/h health care of the rural people. Ka Eliong Foundation helps the less fortunate, but it also lends a hand to the victims of calamities in the country. The Foundation also extends its help by way of donating goods or construction materials that may help the people renovate school buildings. Ka Eliong Foundation also helps support Barangays in doing project for the benefits of its people.
The Ka Eliong Foundation funds were raised through staging of Ka Eliong Memorial and Philippine Inter town Golf Tournament of Royal Northwoods Golf Club held every two (2) years.
This also held to commemorate the prime founder of RNGCI, Engr. Corneliio M. Pancho. Ka Eliong Funds for Elementary is P5,000.00/year, High School is P8,000.00/year and college is 35,000.00/ year.
The Organization consist of 5 Board of trustees and 1 Independent Trustee that managed the affairs of the Foundation. President who leads and represent the organization and call for meetings. Vice president takes over the functions of the president or assist the president as needed. Secretary responsible for matters of registration and legal compliance. Treasurer responsible for the financial compliance and reports. Members participate in Board affairs; lead boars committees as needed.

Vision
Ka Eliong Foundation, Inc. sees education as catalyst, an agent of change for individuals, families, communities, and nations. We envision a community that recognizes the importance of educational attainment and assures positive educational outcomes are accessible to all regardless of economic circumstances. In partnership with the public private sectors the foundation will continue to search for deserving children all over the country who may want to study but financially incapable to support themselves.
Goals
Ka Eliong Foundation, Inc.’s primary objective is to provide free education to less fortunate but deserving children. The Foundation provides free tuition fees, school supplies and necessities of the scholars every school year. In return, these scholars render their time helping at the club during summer vacation, not just to show their debt of gratitude but also to train them to be responsible individuals as what the Foundation envisions them.
